This camper had been sitting for about five years, but has recently been worked on a bit and inspected by a shop.
If you know what you’re looking at, there have been a few modifications made to the interior of the rear (middle seat removed, bed modified to slide out for greater length etc). All of the modifications can be reversed, and all parts removed can be included with the camper. There have been a large number of parts accumulated over the ownership of the camper, and all of those can be taken away too, including a spare transmission (which is not needed at this time in the least bit).
There are some dings and scratches on the body, as well as some rust bubbling on the rocker panels (wheel wells look clean). A look underneath will reveal very good mechanical and structural integrity as this vehicle was only driven in the good seasons. The muffler needs to be replaced and would have been, but the shop was not able to find a replacement (which is surprising). The amenities will work after some minor maintenance, as they worked just before it was put away for those years.
